FedEx Direct Signature Required
Eligible outbound jewelry orders are shipped using trackable FedEx services with Direct Signature Required and contractual declared-value coverage, subject to the approved value and carrier terms for each shipment.
A recipient at the delivery address must be available to sign. SARDIÑA does not authorize signature release for covered jewelry shipments.
A signature requirement helps provide secured delivery, but customers should still monitor tracking and inspect the shipment promptly after receipt.

SARDIÑA Diamonds & Gold takes special precautions when shipping eligible jewelry orders. Shipment method, signature service, packaging and declared value are selected according to the merchandise, destination and SARDIÑA’s contractual carrier agreement.
Delivery Problems Must Be Reported Promptly
A shipment that has not arrived by FedEx’s stated delivery commitment, or any suspected loss, misdelivery, tampering or other delivery problem, must be reported to SARDIÑA immediately and no later than 120 hours—five calendar days—after the delivery commitment.
Prompt notice is required so SARDIÑA can investigate the shipment and preserve applicable claim rights under its FedEx shipping agreement.
Inspect and Preserve the Package
Customers should inspect the package and jewelry promptly after receipt.
If damage or tampering is suspected, preserve:
• The complete shipping box
• The shipping label
• All packing materials
• The jewelry box
• All merchandise and contents
• Photographs showing the package and merchandise condition
Contact SARDIÑA before discarding packaging, arranging a return or attempting any repair.
Warranty and Exchange Shipping
Do not mail jewelry to SARDIÑA without receiving return or warranty instructions.
For approved warranty shipments, SARDIÑA will determine the shipment method, packaging, signature service and declared value according to its carrier agreement.
Customer-arranged shipments are at the customer’s risk unless SARDIÑA agrees otherwise in writing.
